The main electrical harness that runs through my hull has a bad spot, but when I pull it to reach the problem area it won't move. Any suggestions.

Pull Harder. Probally have a nylon tie holding it in place somewhere or else you have run out of slack there isnt a whole lot of extra wire on the harnesses.
