Any 08-10 ZX180 OWNERS?

I wonder how many ZX180 owners with a FOUR STROKE 150 are out there...
post your specs and pic.

Also interested because someday in 2011 I am VERY interested in a downsize trade of my 2006 (rigged new Oct 2007) paid off ZX200 for the ZX180 with the 4 stroker 150 if one can be found with about the same engine warranty left as mine.

Might want to double check that. I am not a dealer now, but did do the 2010 photo shoot and the ZX180 was only rated for a 115. I was driving the one with the F115 in the brochure. Also, the ZX180 is nowhere near the boat the ZX190 is and the 190 is awesome with the F150. Just my .02

The big selling point with the 2008 ZX180 was it handled a 150...
I saw many ads for it and priced some, even called a dealer...all for the 150...
in fact, I saw on in Austin online this week, a 2009 for sale...
maybe some change has been made or the 150 made them a bit pricey but it was offered with a 150...that is what got me interested in 2008 when it came out...

hi - first post - been on site for a few years now.
i have an 08 zx 180 with a 150 yamaha 4 stroke.
my fastest has been at ~59 mph on gps.
garage space and budget kept me at < 18 ft.
i'd consider myself a newbie, and don't have a ton to compare too, but the size and speed work for me. not a tourney guy - just a weekend rec angler. very happy i went skeeter, and really like the 4 stroke.
only downside, as my boys get bigger, i think i may need more room to accommodate them... assuming they'll continue to want to fish with the old man...

I liked the boat from the git go...speed and solid in a small affordable package with that nice 150hp 4 stroke gas sipper...wow...I came sooo close to buying it back then...if gas had been $3...that would have clinched the deal.

Thanx, I was wondering out of 47,000 BBCers why at least a dozen had not already posted that they had the rig...

I did look on Skeeter's site and it does say Max HP 150. I promise you the boat that I am driving in that picture had a 115 rating on it. I did sell a couple in 08 with 150's on them and as mentioned above it is close to a 60 MPH boat. There are probably still some 08 and 09 new ones out there if you look. I didn't sell them as fast as I thought I would, probably because the price was so close to the ZX190. It is a nice boat and I don't think you would be unhappy with it all. Especially if you find a "deal" on a 08 or 09.

Lake Drive Marine in coldwater Mi has a 09 ZX 180 with a Yamaha 150 four stroke for $26,900 Check out there website, they have some pictures of the boat. Brand new leftover boat.

When I was new boat shopping, I looked at a ZX 180 with a four stroke 150. I just couldn't justify the extra dollars so I chose a SX 180 with a 115. I could have bought a still new one year old ZX 190 for the price I was quoted on the ZX 180.

Yeah, ZX has extras for sure though...plus heavier hull I think...over the SX.

I wish the Coldwater, Mi boat was a LOT closer...could work a deal and downsize from my ZX200...also one in Austin but a dual console...they must have sold a couple hundred single consoles with the 150 Four stroke in 08-09...you would think...
or some ZX180 owner who wants to upsize to a ZX200 w/o the 40k price and hassle of selling a used rig. reelman1946@att.net
