jack it up and compair the angle of the side of the axle that has NOT failed with no weight on it it wll show you where to index the new one. thats how we did my friends when we replaced his.
I adjusted mine as I put taller tires on and wanted a bit more fender clearance... I just adjusted them, set the trailer down and see where I'm at and get the fender/tire clearance the same.

2007 225ZX, Had a bad torsion axle, contacted the manufature and order two new ones for mine. They had a problem with building them and are selling them for cost. They will come to you unpainted and no spindles. The front axle has the brakes on it and has brake line welded to it. I cut off the brackets and welded them on the new ones. I had a problem removing the spindles but with a puller it made the job easier. good luck!![]()
What year boat/trailers is this happening on? I may have an alignment issue on my 2007 trailer.
