    water presure

    i dont want to beat a dead horse but what should a normal water presure be at around 3 inches below pad? i have a new gadge and new lower unit, and i get about 15 16 at mid throtle going straight .and i was courios about the accual hight of my motor, all the pics i have seen show mine to be alot higher, an i doing the measuring right?????
