Thinking about buying

I am looking at buying a 2001 ZX225 with a 2001 Yamaha VMAX. The boat is in good condition, but has no electronics or bike/sit down seats. The dealership told me they could give it to me for $16,300, with free installation of electronics. I found a good deal on a 520c and would just transfer my x96 off my old Ranger to that boat if i decided to buy it. The boat also has a custom travel cover, hambys , and a 101 MK Maxxum Pro that was instaleld only a few years ago. Everything else looked solid on the boat. Does this seem like a fair deal, and what are everyone's opinions on this boat/motor?

Sounds a touch high to me. Look in the "for sale" section here and see if you see some close in years and compare from there.
