I have a 2007 zx190. When i turn on the main power my ctsy lights come on also. The button does not light up on the panel however if i remove the fuse for the ctsy lights the power light on the main button lights up. What should I do???

I'm the second owner so I would like to try to fix it myself. I wanted to know if anyone has had a similar issue. I can
take to the dealer, however I prefer not to.
