    '08 ZX225, '09 ZX225 or 08 I Class

Okay guys, ready for a boat. Know this has been beat to death but bear with me. The '08 ZX has a 4 stroke (which I love) and the '08 I Class has a 250 series 2 on it. Both are demos. Options are close. I'd have to order the '09 ZX225 and it would have the 4 stroke but I'd have to wait a bit for it. Price wise, the '08 ZX is cheapest, then the '09 ZX and the I class is most expensive. Also, if I order the '09 ZX, obviously I get to pick everything.

That's a tough question.......... My guess would be the 09, like you said, you can order what you want but then might go up in price as you make your order. How much would you change/replace on the 08' that's there are not there.

If you are wanting me to help you make a decision.....Just tell me A, B, or C. I will tell you which boat you picked. No reasoning at all behind it. Just an easy way to decide.

I know any of them would be great boats. I'm real interested in the new 4-strokes, and will be considering them on my next boat.

Not much at all. Basically the trolling motor and a pretty drastic change color change. Other than that, just a couple small things!!!

    '08 ZX225

2008 4 stroke, save money now on rig price and save $$ later when gas is again $3...that is plenty of boat...demand 5 year warranty on Yammy to seal the deal!

It's got 5 years of warranty left on it. And I'm asking tomorrow if they can upgrade the trolling motor. The ZX's are at a dealer about 4 hours away. The I Class is the local dealer.

    Oh yeah, lookin4five, IM sent!

Get the one with the Skeeter decals, you will love it.

    I would probably order a 2009 ZX.

    Re: '08 ZX225 (Jason Hale)

    just my 2 cents worth

but if your going to keep this boate for some time go with the 09 and get the colors you like and set it up RIGHT the 1st time

Also if your not going to be the 1st owner of the 08 GO With the 09

There is a diffance in the way skeeter will take care of a 1st owner over a 2nd owner

If both ZX's are from you then I'm sure you guys will take care of him

but he said 2 dealers and never said what boats were coming from were

And there is a BIG Diff in the Way Skeeter handels a 1st owner and a 2nd owner
When I 1st talked to them about my seat they were on it and told me it would be taken care of. And in the same day when they run the Vin # I was told to hit the road and if I wanted a new seat skin I was going to have to pay

It really does make a big diff and so does the Dealer, and we know you guys rock but not all do

Jason when are you guys going to open up a dealership here in sol ca

Yep, getting a little busy. Had the 08 21 I Class and 2 aluminums go out this afternoon.
Now I'm going home to play with the girls. It's Anna's 6th birthday today.

    Re: '08 ZX225 (SX 180)

Even though your mind is made up, order the 09' ZX. I just got back from my local dealer ordering mine. All the goodies in the deal, will deliver by March 31st. 1st new boat, super excited. Did the 2 stroke, as I am a speed junky and am less concerned about fuel economy. Was a sad day to trade in the 89' SF175DF, but I can't wait to take delivery.

    Good Luck!
