I have a new to me 05 TZX200. I have a manual jackplate, just bought a 25pitch Fury prop because the prop on the boat had some dings. Motor is a 3.3 200hp Vmax. would like a little bit of help with some setup on were to start.

does a Fury prop run a little higher on the jackplate setting than other props?

2 3/4" below is what I call average jackplate height on Skeeters. I would start there and go up. Keep going up as long as you stay bit and maintain water pressure. Keep trim to a minimum and rely on the prop for lift.

My setting with my 06 ..200 HDPI was 2 inches below plate..carefully measured after leveling both trailer back half and engine...carefully...best run new with light load was 71.1gps Oct 2007...expect 67-68 all day long...got a 25T1 prop with it turning 5,900...they did a great setup job.
