25M or 25 T1 will be your best bet.
I have two used 25's that I can't use any more. Both need a little work. one is a Yamaha, the other is a solas. I blew my 200 up after hitting a stump. I now have a series 2, 225, so I can't use them. Make me offer.

I have a 2000 model and was told a 26 would be best. I too would like to know if anyone has a good suggestion on the prop to run for a zx202C with 200HP Vmax Yamaha (2000 model). I have a 25 right now and the tach shows me foing above 6000 rpm's. I was told that means I need more prop. Not sure.

Has anyone used a 4 blade prop on this setup?? Would it be faster on top end???
26 TXP should get you 5,700rpms and better top speed...but am not an expert...just had a 2000 rig with a 200 V-Max and now a 2006 with a 200HDPI...have a 25T1 that ideally a few times hit 71.1gps at 5,950 and a 26 TXP backup which I have not tried.

25 TXP will be the bet. You might could even go with a worked 24 TXP. The 26 will be to much for you. I can hook you up if you decide to go that route
A 4 blade will slow you down. It will give a better hole shot, but less top end. It is not as efficent as a 3 blade.
