Soft Spot on floor.

I noticed a soft spot of the floor of my Skeeter. It's right at the area where the step up to the front deck is. Has anyone had this problem? Did you fix it or have a dealer do it? I just need some info so I know what I'm getting myself into. Thanks.....Rich

have you checked the bassboat restoration forum? There should be quite a few knowledgeable guys there

have a friend with a pro craft that had that problem in the same spot, he drilled small holes in the floor under the carpet and inserted spray foam into the holes, a few years had mashed down the factory foam and made it feel soft, glue carpet back down and no see no more

water did it....eventually it will need replacing........not cheap..
