1996 johnson 150 fast strike

power trim will just all of a sudden decide to either not go up, or down, one or the other, not both at same time, well, was told to replace the relays, so i did. It didn't help the problem, was told bad motor, but i even cleaned the harness where the relays sit, and used electrical grease on the new relays, did it again, this time i held the trim button down and tapped the top of one of the relays, and it went back to working, but what else could be wrong? thought of the harness where the relays plug into, but cant find one on line. would even take one off a blown engine if anyone has one to get rid of? all help appreciated.
