06 20I Hull Modification

I got mine back a couple of weeks ago and was simply amazed at the difference in performance. There is absolutely no porposing at slow speed or "digging-in" of the side rails when I turn. The hole shot is even better then it was. Since I am in California it took a little longer to get it back (seven weeks) but it was well worth the wait.

Also, if your locks haven't been updated to the new ones they will do that when it is there as well.

Tim at Skeeter kept me well informed every step of the way.

Did this modification really make much of a difference. I also have an 06 20I. I am towing mine back to Texas from Stockton, Ca in 2 weeks for the second time to fish the Owner's Tournament. I also spoke to Tim and after the tournament I am towing it back to the factory for the modification. and the new locks. After it's done they are shipping it back to me.

So the problem is corrected?

I had mine done in December and yes there is a noticeable difference. Well worth the trouble and wait. The porpoising at slow speeds especially with live wells full was driving me nuts and now it's all but gone.

Had mine done last fall and it really does make a big differance, well worth the wait!

I think I will give a call and send mine in this winter. I know it hasnt been back yet and I figure they can store it while its gettin worked on and I cant use it lol.
