rwtzx has a 200. i got him a 25 txp and it seems to be the best on his rig. running in the low 70's with it. either run the 25-t1 or the 25 txp. would not deal with another prop. need to be around 2 1/2 with the t1 and a little higher with the TXP.

69.4 with T1 yammie prop (25pitch 15 1/8 dia.) me with 25gal gas ..real GPS NUMBERS, tourney load, live wells empty
69.9 with TXP prop (25pitch 14 3/4 dia ) me with 25 gal of gas ...real GPS NUMBERS, tourney load, live wells empty, jack plate can go higher than with the TXP, to get top speed

Thanks! I go to Kentucky (795 miles, ouch) next week to get a 2006 with new 200 HDPI on the back.. will be zonked by the time I return Wed. late... next event on Turkey Creek the 27th so no running on the place... no on plane, just idle-troll...its a weird place...need 2 bass to stay in the Top Ten...all TZX setup advice appreciated...get your jigs out...its about that time again.

Gotta have a single console ZX, its my style... red metal flake with sliver and gold metal flake, its a visual knockout... 5 year Yamaha warranty, new MK 80 and 3 bank MK charger, part-tee, par-tee.... its home now and I did the 2 hour break-in last friday... has the 25T1 prop 2 inches below pad... when break-in is done tomorrow we shall cut her loose and see if she smells 70gps.

should have no problem getting to 70. 2 inches might be a little high for the T1. dont get me wrong it will drive good but will tend to bounce at slower speeds

Break-in report 2, Oct 30, 2007:
Finally got 3.5 hours break-in so turned her loose on Lake Concordia for 3 WOT runs about 2-3 minutes each...69.7, 70.4 and 70.7gps...25T1 at 5,900, about 20psi with 30 gallons plus gear and my 212 pound butt.
I like... one fuel switch issue but rest is percolating... tomorrow I will go back for a few runs and see about that...
Tell me, what setting should you use in the 2 fuel tank ZX situation?
Dual (arrow up) dual (arrow down) or what?
Anybody use these settings? Have a serious reason for asking... reelman@cableone.net

(I zipped on TC, I need more time on it to develop a couple of confidence areas... a 6.35 and a 6.90 were caught plus one over 5 so potential is there, my bad)

i run mine on both all the time. i find that it will pull out of both just pull out of the one behind me faster when im fishing by myself. it carries a load so good anyways i really dont think it matters. i fish by myself 80% of the time and im 280# and always leave it up/down.

Halloween update:
Took her out for a spin, a 6,000 rpm spin with the 25T1, 70.6 and 71.1 gps...35 gallons and all fishing gear... salty...
boat also has livewell pumpouts, line spooler and measuring board standard, a 1st for me after 6 rigs. Will have pics in November... no numbers and such yet... paperwork is in the mill so to speak.
Wonder if a re-pitch to 26 would get 73mph? Anyone running a 26 on a TZX200?
Update Nov 6: Got temp tag for trailer... app for letters also mailed... am loving the boat.
