I tried to put a tempest plus prop on my yamy and it seemed as though it was to tight in the hub area. Is there a space washer that converts a mercury to yamy?

You need a Hub Kit available from Mercury to adapt to the Yamaha to run te Tempest Prop. Check with your local Mercury Dealer.

Will do thanks for the info. I'm running a ZX210 with a 225 0x66. My friend is running a 27 yamaha prop on the same motor on ZX225. He runs about 77 mph.My boat only runs about 62 with a 4 blade hydro. Do think my boat would have the same results even thought it's a little bigger?
Thought you might know since you seemed to be well rounded in the skeeter area.
