Just wanted to drop into your forum and say that is one fine looking Skeeter ZX225 on the cover of Bass & Walleye Magazine. Sweeeeeet!

I thought I would be on Easy Street by now but somehow I missed the off ramp!

Is there a write up on the 225 this month? If so I need to find a copy of bwb.

There is a write up of sorts. Same data that you can get from Skeeter except according to the article, this boat has the new VMax 225 HDPI 2.6L small block Yamie with 2:1 gearing and a 14 1/2 x 25 pro series prop . This engine weights only 468lbs! The Skeeter hull is so efficient that this boat runs 71 MPH at 6,000 rpm and has no prop slip per the prop slip calculator! Once again, BWB demonstrates their technical superiority in writing reviews.

Re: Bass & Walleye Magazine (Rxskeeter)

Anyone else extremely dissapointed with BWB Magazine over the past few months? Seems like the issues keep getting shorter and shorter each month and with 1/2 the pages being ads, there's not much to read or look at anymore. Issues from 1-2 years ago are about 2-3 times the pages as the current year.

B&WB Magazine always quotes MSRP. As always, dealer sets actual price.

Re: Bass & Walleye Magazine (K.D.)

MSRP is just like List Price or Sticker Price on a car. It's an index of boat prices. For an exact price and actual retail price consult your local Skeeter Dealer.

Many dealers now are only providing MSRP over the phone or email to protect dealer trade areas and price shoppers calling from all over the country. The dealer makes a difference so consult with your local dealer and have him figure his Retail Price. I constantly here dealers talking about consumers calling or emailing price shopping only to go back and negotiate with their local dealer. So if you call around don't be shocked to get MSRP prices - the best advice is to visit your local dealer and let them know you live in his trade area.
