    Thinking Skeeter

I found a '04 ZX300 w/ 300 Yamaha. I am looking at it very seriously, but I just want know what to expect on the ride, the lakes I fish are loaded with traffic. The only other boat I have ridden in comparied in size was a 98' TR 21 w/ 225 (buddies boat) and I thought it rode great. Also wondering how to find the hours, dont know if it has a gauge or what. Awesome looking boat! Great site by the way!

Can't speak for that model, but my ZX 225 rides amazingly well. 70 mph, and it is rock solid. Test drive one. You will fall in love.

I have an '06 ZX300. It rides great. Don't take it to the lake unless you want it in your garage. You'll love it....

Have a 2007 ZX250 with a 250 hpdi, by far the best boat I have driven. I fish a lot of larger traffic areas as well and it handles phenomenally well.... I am sure the 300 is even better.... Will be significantly drier than the TR21...

If it has the Yamaha Command gauges, it's built into the tach.

If not, the servicing dealer can tell you the hours from the onboard computer on the HPDI.

You can have a mechanic hook it up to a lap top and can give you a read out on the history of the motor.
