    Nice shots Troy!

I just realized something while looking at some of those pics. I couldn't figure out what good the split screen shots were or why you would want to have that option. Now I see you have two different frequencies showing.

The few times Ive had that screen up, I didnt have a clue and had both sides showing the same freq. Now I need to go back and see if I can figure out how to make it work correctly :)

Oh, so doing split screen when you only have one transducer is a waste of time then? I guess I cant have my single GT51 doing two different frequencies at the same time.

So TM150M is still sligthly better, but I guess that is to be expected. But I have to say that GT52HW/GT8HW is looking pretty good. Well done Troy, thanks.

to my eyes, the gt8 is slightly better in most shots. the tm150 would shine in deeper water though

I should’ve pointed out that the GT8HW-TM mount works on the transom and the trolling motor. The new mount is universal. Super easy to install as well.

You got any 2d chirp with DI side beside comparison shots. There really doesn't seem to be anything special about those shots. Some fish arches and bait blobs. Won't di separate better that?(sorry, you don't use di)

That's not what I saw. I saw equal performance except for more detail in a few of the garmin frames.

    Garmin wins imo.

I think you can. I've not tried it, but I'm pretty sure.

I think the GT8 is a home run. Troy you left out something. It's cheap (relatively)

I agree especially at the price point. I will get out on Thursday/Friday to do my comparison.

Compare GT22 to what? IMO the bench mark is TM150m vs GT8 for general 2D Garmin user.
