Once you remove the front panel, you'll see what room you have to cut the hole. There's "stingers" or support beams that run north and south, east and west so to speak and the comfortroll at least for me fit in the one and only place it could without me cutting across any support. I have a 225 and the peddle is actually closer to me than it was before, but since I stand more "upright" it's actually more comfortable and way less stressful on my back. I really only use the seat pedistal for leaning and balancing now. Other's will probably chime in, but my first recommendation for you is to remove the front cover and take some pictures with a digital camera so you can see what's under there. Also, if you can remove your forward storage box to get a peak, that would probably also help you. Study this through, cause you only get 1 cut. BTW, it might help to know what Model boat you have for others to chime in with advise,etc..
