Sounds like something is not aligned correct. Hope your able to get it fixed.

I think Ez-Loaders number is posted at the top of this forum. I'm pretty sure you can call & give them the ser# for your trailer, and they can tell you exactly what you need to know. I have heard that they have real good customer service. Hope you figure out what causing your problems.

Yes they did... turns out I was using the wrong bearing seal.
Right size, wrong type
