    Electrical/Charging System Problem???

Took the boat out for first time. Everything works fine EXCEPT the trolling motor did not have power. I also noticed that when I plugged in the boat there were lights on for the two outside chargers, but the middle charger was not lite up (three bank ranger charger).

I also had a fuse blown, so assumed it had to do with that. Replaced the fuse and still nothing, trolling motor and middle lights not working.

    Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks-

Check your breaker on your trolling motor that is in the back. Unplug the charger and replace the fuse then plug it back in. See if that works.

Re: Electrical/Charging System Problem??? (Stroker Ace)

    There are three breakers:

one on the starboard side and two on the port. How do I know which one is for the trolling motor? How do I check them?

Or is there another breaker for the trolling motor separate from these three? I'll post a picture later tonight when I'm home.

I am not sure why you have three but I am sure it is there for a reason. Usually the trolling motor breaker is on the port side and it is solid black. I would check all of them. Your trolling motor one will have the red cable coming off of your trolling battery hooked to it. Make sure that you feel tension or pop when you turn them on and off if you do not it could be a bad breaker. In my boat, they look similar to the ones you have inside your house. The one on the starboard side is probably more of a leaver breaker that controls your ignition panel.
