    New 618

Well after talking to everyone I finally bought a 618 from Brannon @ Fox Lake Harbor in Fox Lake IL. That was a 1550 mile round trip for a boy from MS. Brannon was great to deal with and I recommend him highly. There were just not many 618 in stock like I wanted so I made the big trip. Thanks for answering all of my questions. http://s1163.photobucket.com/albums/q544/Gar35/

Beautiful boat. That is almost to a 'T' how I want one. On the fence about stepping up to a tandem trailer and want Lowrance units, but otherwise, I love it. Congratulations!

    Re: New 618 (Jason Phillips)

Thanks, I pulled it almost 800 miles yesterday. It is the best pulling single axle traler and boat I have ever pulled. I think a dual axle is overkill on the 618. I was pulling it 70 mph in overdrive in the MO and AR deltas. I have a chvy avalanche with a 5.3 v8 but it has 308 gears and it pulled the heck out of it.

Glad I got to see you at the Classic. I missed a tourn Sat at Ferguson. 26.99 won it, had 2 25lb strings and 3 24lb strings and SEVERAL more over 20lbs. Come on up Scott the oxbows are getting hot. We have had 3 or 4 years of high water for the spawn so the oxbows are loaded

Finally, another blue boat.... It looks sharp....but then again; I'm biased.

Very good looking boat, the color is great, (not that I am partial to blue!) I do know about the loooong trips, mine was 2400 mi. round trip but well worth it. Congrats.

That lighter color blue, what color is it??

I have been playing with the Phoenix "color my boat" thing, and I don't think the colors there are all that accurate, or that all their color options are on it. Wish there was a way to zoom it in.

    Re: New 618 (CoreyJ)

The lighter color blue is called Remington Blue.

The darker blue is: Midnight blue.

The phoenix color works...just not all that well.

Click on "Deck", Flake colors, Remington blue.
