billsnp5 or anyone else with slide in truck camper ...
Do campgrounds restrict removal of the camper from the truck? How is stability of camper off truck?
Thinking of getting bigger Arctic Fox or Lance, but want to be able to drop camper at site.
Thanks for any info !
A gun is like a parachute. If you need one, and don't have one, you'll probably never need one again.

Dang, that's sweet. Wish I could tow my boat behind my TT. Don't have the truck nor is the trailer capable of it.
I had the truck and boat first before I was deciding on a camper. I figured it was cheaper to buy a 5th wheel than a smaller camper and an suv to tow it with. I've had this setup for about 5 years between 2 different campers and I really like it.
I recognized your SN from rv.net. define well? Actually it seems good now, but I've spent a good bit over the last 2 years. Cab has comet off twice. I've had egr deleted, custom o ringed heads, oil cooler, studs, rebuilt turbo. But now it seems to run good, really good power, just takes about 10k to get it right.
I think the body style that you have is the best looking truck ford ever made. I love the color of your truck. I have an '06 that I drive for work. Great running engine after you get it straightened out for sure. I ended up dropping a valve in mine at 175,000 miles and put a reman long block in that is 30 over with a special grind on the cam. I have 26,000 on the new motor right now.
