Didn't necessarily drop it, just phased it out.....

The molds are in desperate need of a makeover, and that isn't really feasible with the direction of the company. They are still there, just not being used.

They were very good boats, just not as good as the Phoenix boats and not as profitable.

Its a shame. Nice looking boat and seemed to be cost effective as it didn't have all the extras the phoenix has. plus 300 pounds lighter

Jason, you were right the Bee's were and are very good boats, but when you say not as good as a Phoenix I have to disagree. They are made in the same plant by the same people and quality wise they are just as good. Now if you meant the Phoenix has more advanced design features I will tend to agree. I have owned many Bee's and have ridden in a couple of Phoenix 721's and they are indeed great boats with features the Bee does not have, but given the choice of a 721 or a 2100 on a windy day on Kentucky Lake I would take the 2100 Bee.

The technology in the design, the ease of ability to get to anaything that breaks like pumps, the fisherman friendly tools added in, etc. That's what I mean. Not that it is made by different people or with different materials. I've seen them both built side by side.
