1995 johnson venom 200 stalling

hey all, i was out yesterday and the motor didnt want to start. the battery ran dead so i put a new battery in. started right up. the motor ran great. i fished for a while then went to move and when i started it up it stalled out. I got it started and took it for a cruise to see if it was bad gas or something. Well it stalled out about a 2 minutes later at full throttle. Then is would keep starting and stalling back to the ramp. I cleaned the plugs before i put the new battery in. I also noticed that the fuel bulb kept softening. any suggestions would be helpful..

sounds like a fuel pump issue!

next time, try pumping the bulb after it starts stalling, if it runs great for a minute or so and then starts doing it again, prime it one more time, if the same thing continues, you have a fuel leak or fuel pump issues. That happened to my old evinrude 225 1993. I found a leak in the plastic housing on the actual fuel pump and had to replace the whole thing.
