oil tank bracket?

A buddy of mine has a 92 115 Johnson with remote oil tank that is not secured. He wants to secure it down but is not sure about the best way to do this. Anyone have any suggestions? maybe securing it down with a battery strap? are there oil tank brackets that he could install? if so, where would you find them? thanks

Order quantity one 124292 mounting bracket and quantity two 175001 rod assembly from your local BRP dealer.

The oil tank also fits inside a standard group 24 battery box that can be fastened to the deck.

The 5th post down is the one stop shopping. go to the parts catalog and look under OB accessories for 1992 and you will find the VRO2 oil tank it will give you the part # for the bracket.

Thanks to everyone for your help! I'll send him the part numbers. He's been trying to find a bracket for over a month now. Can't believe how great this forum is and how helpfull everyone has been.
