I can answer that one real well for you as far as Ky lake goes, and give me two weeks and will be able to tell you about G'ville.
But last spring when I had the boat less than 3 weeks and had never been in any rough water with it, we got caught in 4 -5 ft rollers on Ky lake. Had the motor trimmed to high and hit the first wave coming out of a creek and free feel to the bottom, not a rattle in the boat and passenger had a death grip on the grab bar that in on the passengers console. It did not move one bit and I asked him after we caught our breath. We are both 61 so that was no fun for either of us.
You can buy a Phoenix and know you are getting a top quality rig that will last.
This is the best rig I have ever owned, and my last one was a Triton. Rock solid, quality craftsman ship, and customer service is but a phone call away.
OH and they handle like they are on rails, turn the wheel and it responds NOW!
