    Trailer manufacturer

Just a quick question guys, who is making the trailers for Pheonix/Bee line, are they made in house or does an outside company make them?

Thanks for any help you can provide, I couldn't find the info on the website.

Their trailers are built by Marine Master. It is a separate company from Phoenix, which is built just down the road from the Phoenix factory.

Thank you Marty, I wasn't sure who made them and didn't see it posted anywhere on the forums.

Marine Master does make them, and I ordered a channel trailer w/ gator hide and it is a great trailer. Channel Trailer is extra $$$ and so is the gator hide. But well worth the money for the up grade with no worries of paint chips or rusting tubes as in a tube trailer.

Thank you Ed, that's what I was looking for, I really didn't like the idea of the tube trailers around here with putting them in brackish water. I have a friend that has a Gator Hided (sp?) trailer for his boat and it seems to be holding up well.

Mike when you order you rig Make sure you also get the Stainless Steel finders also, then no worries about rust, etc.

I was already thinking that, thank you again Ed, Marty, Herbert and Junior for all your help.

This is going to make the decision very hard, I am still trying to decide between a Bass Cat and a Phoenix, and I don't think that you can go wrong with either, but I like a lot of the features that Phoenix brings to the table.

You can't go wrong with either rig Mike. This is my last rig and I looked at all of them real close. Went to the factory (Phoenix) and saw how they are built.
There are NO exterior plastic fittings on a Phoenix, and they us material that is not used by any other brand. There customer service is top of the line, and they will do what ever it takes to correct any problem.
All this and the lay out of the rig plus some other things you have probably not even noticed is why I bought my 721.
Real great fishing platform as well as stable and handle rough water great.

But in the end it is you choice, just hope you will be as happy with your choice as I am with my 721.
    Good Luck.

I think I will be. I am leaning hard towards the Phoenix, now if the checkbook would cooperate I would be happy.

    Mike,

I just switched over from the Skeeter Demonstratin Team here in the Midwest to the Phoenix thanks partly to Marty92xrd and another rep I worked with, and am VERY pleased with not only the rig but also with the people involved. I have the Gatorhyde and love it.

Marine Master also makes the Triton trailers. Mine is 5 years old and I have had no problems at all.
