who has a z-8 2011 with a pro 250xs 26p fury prop bob's hyd jack plate i need to know what to set the hyd jack plate on for the most speed it goes from o to 6 i know i can try different thing but i want to speed the process up i thought someone could tell me where it works the best thanks i weight 260 and my son 210 loaded with gear and 1/2 tank gas 12 rods on one side and 14 on the other.
If you had the slidemaster adjustable jackplate they come with i could help with giving my settings.
I will get out there and measure my prop height here sometime soon and let you know where its setting below pad. Hopefully that will help.
BTW what inch setback is your jack plate?

its a bobs bass jack that whats wrote on the side i think i measured 12' boat is in the shop for minor repais when i bought it it had a taillight on the trailer broken an a blown bulb and the brakes on the trailer got hot when i went fising the other day they are checking it out said the master cyliner is bad will pick up baot wednesday
i have not got any answers does any one know about what to set the jp on for best results surley someone has a z-8 with a 250 pro xs on it and a bobs jack plate just tell me what user is set on maybe that will help
