    padding on carpet

Anybody get the extra padding on the carpet? Went fishing with a buddy, he had it on his 520 Ranger,it was nice!I've still got time to order some on my new 199.

Had the entire front deck padded on my last two 211's. Will not own one without it.

Where did you get the Padding From? Does it allow water to drain?

It is a factory option I just ordered it. You can get the front by the trolling motor only or get the entire deck done.

yes and it rquires a special glue. If you try to glue it down with the yellow weldwood, the glue will not dry. And as well as not drying it will eat up the padding. Look at the issues ranger had in the past with it, until they found the right glue.

I plant to take mine in and get it done. I got mine without it and love my buddies 520 with it. The bottom of my feet and back do not hurt after a day of fishing with the padded carpet. A must have in my opinion just like the battery charging thing for you trolling motor batteries forgot what that was called.

Will never own one with out it now. I can fish all day and my knees and back don't take a beating.
