    Re: PROP RECOMMENDATION (ANDY3306)

i've never ran a razor, but i can promise you the fury will give you GOOD bow lift, EXCELLENT MID RANGE AND TOP END.....
if it gives you any problems with coming out of hole, you can drill the holes out to the next size...

I would bet the razor will perform better, but the fury is the best 3 blade made out of the box IMO. I would talk to mark about a 27p razor, the 26p fury should be the right size for that prop though. They come about a pitch stiff.

    Re: (JAZII)

I tried a 26 and a 27 Fury on my 2100 with a 225 EFI. I hated them as did my boat. I have three 27 Trophyplus that Mark has done. One ended up being a great cold water prop the other a great hot water prop but all get the job done year round. One I had to send back to have more bite put in but there was no charge for the second adjustment. I have three holes plugged in all of them with one hole having the about 1/4 plug in it. Works great. None of those props where "bad" stock either.

Another good choice is the 27 PowerTech TR4. I quit running them because the Mercury hub was easier to fix. I am hell on props and hubs.

PowerTech makes the TRO-4 in a square bore to accept the flo-torque hubs.

    I run a TRO4-27 on my Intimidator.

    You make me sound bad...

I think he's refering to the props I sent LargemouthLou.. Those are 27 Razor4 and a 29 Razor3.. They should be heading back to Mark soon.

Well you just let the cat out of the bag!
I didn't give any names out.
I'm just looking to test a prop that no one has info on.
I would be willing to give CC # for any problems that might occur.
Just do not need to loose my shirt on a prop that I could not sell to recoop my costs.

I've tried to get on the "LIST" to try a test prop, but I guess I'm not good enough!

    HAVE A NICE DAY!

Lets see... 50K+ members on BBC.... 10% want to be on the test list... Thats 5K guys... 1% would be 500+ members Please understand it's hard to please everybody. Mark does not offer the "Demo Program"

He has however offered testing on "prototype" props to make sure production is worth going forward on.... They are working great.

    Re: PROP RECOMMENDATION (21XDC)

Not so much mad at you, but my info was true from actual testing.
All you were doing was pimping a prop and your prop guy.
The prop I was selling was tested on my boat with 2 different motors with two different lower units. TRUE WORLD TESTING, for his actual setup, boat and motor.
He took your advice bought the prop you suggested and had it worked by your prop guy, didn't work out for him, plus took a beating on selling that prop.
Could have been where he wanted to be with the prop I was selling him.

I can post all the IMs and emails if you would like!

The only reason I was thinking about testing a prop from your prop guy, is he was looking for real world test info and my boat was one of the test platforms he was looking for.

    HAPPY PROP PIMPING!

    JAZII
