Looking for a 1996 Intimidator bench seat

Have a friend with a 1996 Intimidator 20'9" boat. He needs the bench seat. His is kind of a teal color. White would probably look good as well.

Does he just need the cover replaced or cushion too?

He said he just needs the cover replaced. But, from what I recall seeing he's going to need the whole seat. I believe the cushion has been exposed for a couple years.
