LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU FIND OUT. I have one tab out! it's been out for over a year, just haven't had the time to fix it.

Call LENCO, they are the manufacture of the tabs. LENCO has been very helpful to me in the past.

I thought that LENCO had a 3 year warranty on their tab actuators.

Yes, but they are on the outside of the hull if your Gambler was not setup with them.

Most guys that have added them that way have had dislikes with them.

The Gambler hulls with the factory tabs that are recessed are 100% better than the add ons.

Lenco has a web site with all their products listed.

Thanks for the information I had gammbler send me new taps since I had a bass tournament this weekend..Had to get them fixed in a hurry...I will get with Lenco
and also check out there webpage...

Tabs showed up today...hope to get them on.. Last one's was a pain in the buttttt
because someone at gambler epoxy the bottom on the shock in...called gambler and they said one of there employee's was using epoxy and should have not been doing that so they said inorder to get them out the first time..use a torch heat base up / epoxy to get them out...fun using a torch around a fuel tank.....

Leave the 3 nuts on the bolts at the top of the actuator tube, loosen the wire grommet and tap down on the 3 nutted studs with a block of wood.

You will have to remove the transom tie downs and maybe jack up the boat off the trailer some to be able to swing the actuator out.

DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE BOLTS ON THE UPPER AND LOWER ACTUATOR MOUNTS, this will cause slow tab travel and premature actuator wear.

Over- tighten... how tight should these bolts be...in foot lbs?
also it seems that the acturators can get in a bind if I bring trim tabs all the way up.
Seems it is putting some extra stress on the acturator rod.

Have you ever had to change bolt hole position in trim tab plate.

Also I had gambler send me a new plate for the port side it seems that I may have rolled a rock and bent plate slightly , but the plate they sent me does not look the same seems fins are bent in oppisite direction.. So I think I will leave the current one on the boat.. I will take it off later and straighten her out I have a 300 ton hyd.
press here at work...I would think that would take any bend out..

    thanks again for information..
Also have you ever used or set up those trim tab electronic indicators was just wondering how good those are..

Do not know the torque setting for bolts. Tight enough so you can move the upper and lower mounts by hand.

    No to the holes.

No to the Lenco indicator switch system, but I split my tab controls myself.

Yes, Gambler has seemed to have change the "fins" on the tabs. The fins pointed down on the older ones, now the fins are pointed up.
