Impressed with Gambler.

I am a Champ guy so dont hold it against me but I fished 5 days out of a friends Gambler at Lake Fork and it is an impressive ride. I like how his trolling motor is mounted and the boat fished really well. I believe his boat is a 2003 rigged with a 225 EFI, and all the goodies. He also has trim tabs. He could get that thing on plane at such a low speed it was incredible. I had a chance to drive it and the performance was awesome. It was just like sitting down into a cockpit of a race car.

There's no other brand that I'd look at..........absolutely love the Gambler.
Takes a little getting used to sitting down so low but once you're used to it, it's awesome!!

In most other boats it feels like you're sitting ON them instead of IN them. Feels like you're sitting in a sports car.......takes a couple of days to get used to it but then anything else feels strange.

I also came from a Champion and Champion still rates very high in my book, but the Gambler, different ball game. Take the ride to decide, I decided on the Gambler. Go Dice K.

Gotta love them Gamblers, nothing else like em on the water! You sit in a Gambler and not on one, its funny when you ride in another brand doesn't feel the same at all!

I moved over from a 06 Z21 and I have not been disappointed at all if I run my Gambler at the same speed that my Z21 would run the ride in the gambler is better but that's kinda slow in a Gambler.. Even at 80 in the Gambler the ride is as good as my Z21 at 72 and there just isn't anything else that feels like the ride down inside a Gambler except maybe a Lamborghini..

i have been used to skeeters for years. i bought a gambler 209te with a 225 merc pro maxand couldnt beleive it the hole shot is incredible and i expected it to fish like crap but its great. im sold on it except for the livewells on the outside and little storage space.

hey guys, you know Bob was a race car driver back a few hundred years ago. seems like he won a "late modle" track championship at Orlando Speedworld back in the 80s'. i remember that red gambler bass boats car on the local florida short tracks. no wonder the boats are a different breed. seems like steve wrenched on those cars for him also

My Bullet sits low as well.... Maybe not as low as a Gambler. If you sit in a Skeeter, It feels like your on top of a butt seat while driving. It's all in what you get used too.

If you want to "sit in" a boat...take a ride in an Allison XB2003. The wildest boat Ive ever owned...
