The plug will be a flat 5........the 5th wire (blue) connects to the backup lights on your trailer to disengage the brakes when you backup.
If you didn't get Mike's IM I'm assuming that you have a popup blocker turned on.......you need to turn it off when you're on BBC so you'll get the Instant Messages.....they're the only popups you'll see on BBC.
