    200 vmax rpm ?

    Wanted to know what the rpm should be running at max. I'm only getting 4400 rpm.

    5500-6000 when propped correctly with a healthy motor... It would take a lot of prop to pull down rpms to 4400....

    I'm running m1 prop. My understanding that is the right prop for the motor. What else what you think is wrong with it. I haven't changed out my impeller in a couple of years would that make a difference.

    A 25p prop should be right on the money for that motor depending on the hull. When was the last time fuel system maintenance was done? Impeller should be replaced at least every other year as maintenance. It wouldn't have anything to do with max RPM though.
