Minn Kota Maxxim 65 no low speed

I have no low speed anything below 70 on the foot pedal dial motor does not turn do I need a new motor?

You need to check the voltage going into the control board and eliminate possible wiring problems and/or battery issues before we determine if it's a trolling motor problem. Check the voltage coming into the trolling motor with the trolling motor connected, set to constant. Let us know the readings with the trolling motor off and the trolling motor on.
