That's what I've been telling you. It's under Viper Boats, Inc. Now go up a couple of posts in this thread and click on the link I provide and it will take you where you want to go and then just follow the directions.

Have a 2006 Venom Cobra 216 Tourney Edition & 2006 225 OptiMax and considering downsizing. The NADA guide doesn't list anything newer than 2003. My wife seems to be narrow-minded about this-something about not needing two boats. Hope someone can help with the value of my boat, since it appears I should sell the Cobra first. Thanks.

Robert, this is going to be a little tough because as you stated there's no listings for Cobra's built after 2003. The 225 Merc Opti is worth in the neighborhood of $10,500 and the trailer around $4500. You could better verify those prices by contacting a Mercury dealer close to you and then contacting T.I. Trailers (EZ Loader) in Midway, AR. @870-481-5138. As for the boat itself about all you can do is search the web and see what others are asking for their rigs. Sorry I can't be more help.

Without staring a war over which boat is better, you might want to look in the boats for sale section and look at the Legend Ads. The LE 21s in your year range from upper 20's to lower 30's. I would think that anyone interested in this stylle of boat would also consider a used Legend. You have to decide how much more/less to ask since you know the option package you have and what you think it the extras are worth. It seems Ed was making three different options/equipment levels, and I can't remember if yours was the top of the three or not. I believe the lowest option was comparable to the upper options of most other manufacturers.

Thanks for your input. Have always believed this boat should be valued in the upper 20s, but I am more than a little prejudiced. I don't want to start a war either, but I believe the Cobra is a great boat. By the way, that is a picture of my "baby" and after a few downsizing discussions at home, other trade-in options have crossed my mind! Thanks again for your help. I really appreciate it.
