I have a 1998 201 Single console. My latches on the compartments are broken and I was wandering who built the latches or where I can buy new ones. Also am I going to have get a new key or are they all the same.

T handle or are they the "D ring" style? If you have your key, you can get replacement handles that open with the same key, just give them your key number when ordering.
Seems like the D ring handles have a different size hole and offset, so I don't think you can get a T handle latch to work if you have the older style D wring handles.
96 models had the D ring, '00 were T handles, not sure when they changed over, but the T handles are better. If all your handles are broken, I would guess you have the D ring.
