Wishing I had a new fish picture

Got to go out fishing last two days hoping to add to my collection of pictures. Saw a freak of nature, biggest fish I have ever seen in the wild and would rival any thing I have seen in any Bass Pro shops.

If I had the week off, I would be sitting on the water waiting for her to lock up on a bed, she was close, just wouldn't hang in there. First pitch I had the bait within inches of her snout and she didn't budge, next pitch I was bringing it right at her and she just moved off, and didn't come back. Next morning she was right in the same spot as the previous evening, first pitch and she moves off. This goes on three times yesterday. She is getting ready, just not committed yet. If I had to guess, she was about 28-29 inches long and who knows how deep she was, but across her "shoulders" she was at least as wide as a full size football's width. If I had to guess, she was over 15lbs. My biggest to date is 11.2, and there was no comparison!!

Had a witness in the boat too, once he got a good look at her, he was freaking out!!

Oh well............ maybe I can find her later in deeper water actually fishing instead of sight fishing.

Wow Chris I think that you have got your priorities all out of wack. Sounds like she will probably be ready tomorrow, if you could just take off one more day you would probably catch that fish. From what you have described I bet she is 18-20 lbs. Oh well someone else will probably find her tomorrow.

WORKING!!! Too many problems to get away, and I am trying to deal with difficult issues and customers while not being happy about being here. NOT a good combination!!!

Cobraman, this is the same lake that I IM'd you on, too bad it is a full tank of gas to the lake and back. $3.00 per gallon is going to start putting a dent in my fishing.

I be there in the moring to pick you up. Well take my truck and my boat, I'm buying all the gas, you just have to point out "THE FISH" the only condition is that you have to stay in the back of the boat.
