    front deck extension question

    my 201 has the fron deck extension in it, and the door thats on the extension has no storage box,can anyone tell me where i can get a storage box that will fit there

    Jeff, you probably have the extension that is just a floor infill, is the lid set up to be water tight? I have this style on my 97 201. Because it's not water tight I don't use this for tackle storage, I store my anchor, ropes, scale and weight bags in a water proof duffle bag. They used to make an insert with a water tight lid and tackle storage, Lauri had a few recently, she would be your best bet.

    Jeff...If there is nothing available you might want to consider installing a Pro Stow Tackle System from Ranger Boats. There is one for sale right now over on the Miscellaneous Forum. http://www.rangerwear.com/shop...SAG32 It doesn't say "Ranger" on it either.

    Jeff, I know that Larry means well, but think long and hard before you add any "Ranger" accessory to your boat. That tackle system alone will slow your boat down 8-10 mph.

    Darn Pat....I took mine out and increased my mph by that 8-10 mph and guess what....it's still a lead sled ....can't keep up with those Cobra's. I don't think Lauri can get any of those tackle box tray system's that Cobra used, but I'm sure the Ranger one (generic product--no Ranger name on it) will fit almost all the bassboats currently on the market. The good thing is, that Ranger Pro Stow will increase the value of a Cobra a lot!
