When he answered my question about Lynn Luther I was shocked. But then when he brought up the incident about the run away boat AND told me how he didn't appreciate my teasing him when he used to come to the plant.....only Byron would have known that

Ok...the cats out of the bag. Byron was TNT and I assisted him because I really do know Byron. HOLY SMOKES did we have a blast. I believe that trolling session belongs in the BBC Hall Of Fame !!!!

I gotta say Kathy, that you have pulled off one of the very best trolls I've ever witnessed.

I've known Byron since 99 and still talk to him occasionally, even though he seldom gets up here in the NW any more, and I thought it could have been him. The kicker for me was the residence on the White River bit. I'm originally from Bull Shoals and Byron once mentioned to me that he really liked the country back there and wouldn't find it hard to live there at all.

Sorry to see the final demise of what used to be a great boat and it's effect upon all of the staff in the Mtn Home area. I get back there around July 4th every year for a while. I moved on from Cobra several years ago but remember the fun we had with the Marshal and others on the old board.

Tinman! I seem to remember that we wuz gonna "whup up" on the Marshal and spit on his shiny star at some dance hall during the rally that never happened.

I heard from him once after that on some other board but don't know much more. I tried to call him in the fall of 04 as I was trailering through St Louis enroute to the Stratos Owners National Championship in TN. Got a wrong number or sumpin, at any rate, I never got a holt a him.

That would have been the "Y'all Come Back Saloon" and if I remember right Tinman was the ONLY one who was going to save me "The Queen of the T" from all of you guys threatening to throw me into the lake !!!!! Remember how I was going to judge who had the nicest looking Cobra when we all got together ?? And Greg Heinz wasn't the Marshall....he was the Sheriff. Chris was the Tinman and I was the Queen of the T. Those were the good ole days eh?? It was way back then when Tinman and Backlash started this whole bit about me going to do some sort of belly dancing. I wasn't going to do it then and I'M NOT GOING TO DO IT NOW !!!!!

Seems like Smitty and Gungle were getting their single dollar bills together for that belly dance.

I think the T never came to be cause the Sheriff was worried the Tinman's boat was going to win the top prize. Greg's boat is sharp, diamond dust and black looks good, but Alpha Jewel, that is sweet!
