Hopefully this will make all of you feel better, a tenative letter of agreement and or intent is in the process between me and other parties. I realize this sounds vague but is necessary at this time, with a possible ownership change in approximately 30 to 60 days. The persons involved have a great deal of background in manufacturing, marketing, and knowledge of boating and the boating industry. It is believed they will be able to fulfill the needs of the company and make it stronger than ever before. Please bear with me on this, I will provide more information as received and as this progresses to a successful conclusion.

I've been pretty quite through all this, not wanting to accept what appeared to be the end but I will jump aboard this celebration! I couldn't be happier for all the folks associated with cobra boats. Larry and Kathy, the first round at the fall rally is on me!

I've been watching this closely. There have been great ideas thrown around and I hope some of them are implemented. Cobra has built a nice boat that I've always liked.
