Cam Follower and VRO

Can anyone tell me where I can get one? Went out to check the VRO and noticed that the follower is deterioiated. Here is the part number, I think, 0432639. Also noticed th at I have on older VRO how much for a new OMS pump?

Use a piece of clear hose on the follower. If you have an old can of tuner that hose is the correct size.
