List of must haves in a boat

I know a while back I had seen where there was a nice list posted somewhere on BBC. Do any of you know where this list can be found? I am the proud owner of a boat now. It's about time seeing as how I'm 35 but my life is finally in order and I can afford to treat myself. I have a 2008 Champion 210 Elite with a Merc Pro XS on it. I have fished and driven boats many times over the years but never actually owned one for myself. Lets just act like I'm new to this whole boating gig. What pointers/tips would you give someone being a first time owner?

    Here's my bag of stuff.
    Roll of electrical tape.
Six feet of wire, terminals, strip/crimp tool.
Screwdrivers, plug wrench, set of plugs.
Can of starting fluid, and a pre-measured rope with handle (you can rope start a 250)
Channel lock pliers, big enough to get on a prop nut.
    tie wraps. Super glue gel.
    Towel
    Don't ever forget toilet paper....

What Pat said (but I don't keep spare plugs, I change them every 8-10 months) maybe I should...

    Spare props (TM and outboard)
spare nut and pin kit for TM and hub kit for outboard
    Gal of oil
    zip-ties
Sockets for TM prop, outboard prop, spark plugs, wheels and spare tire (my spare tire locking nuts are different)
    Hub kit
    Spare tire
    Flashlight
    allen wrench for TM
    extra thermostats
    im sure there's more...
    TP is a must!!!

No Duct Tape Pat? How about first aid kit, lighter or flint, and phone charger?
