Re: Finally part of the Champion Family (Rough Stuff Rider)

A couple of Items I noticed...

    1) You will have to remove that BassCat Signature on the bottom's of your posts.
    2) You will now need to buy a matching colored truck, that combo isn't doing it for me.
    3) Just kidding on both above... Thats a sweet looking rig and congrats on finding it... Welcome to the Family....

    Congrats!!!!

too funny, i just bought the truck friday!!! I had a burgundy truck and didnt like it actually. I really put the new to me truck to the test after owning it for a few days then taking it on a long trip, it averaged 20.5 mpg on the highway on the way up and thats with a 4.8 liter v8!!! I need a new siggy and to remove the knox marine decals and replace with some custom made champion decals, any ideas anyone ?

That is absolutely awesome. Glad to hear you got what you wanted.....you picked one of the best. I loved the 203 I had before my 198. The advice about a 25 Tempest is spot on. That be a 70+ rig with little trouble. Congrats....ya done good

Dude that's a sweet looking ride! Congrats. I'll have a 25p Fury to bring along for you to test Even though I'm a BC guy, the Champs have an EXCELLENT reputation for ride an quality. Nice choice

so Fred told me my motor needs to come up some. I was getting 30 psi and about 5k rpms so something isnt setup right. Must have something to do why i was only doing low 60's on fairly calm water. i would say the chop was maybe 1 foot tops. A lil windy but by my standards it was calm water. Gotta play with it and get it running correct. Compression numbers were good tho and it runs smooth so we'll get it figured out for sure.

Oh weally ? May have to work something once you get rid of the Ficht then, maybe at least I can test it out for a few. Perhaps I can entice you some of our homemade pulled pork or a cold beer

was plannin on using IGS but just wanted ideas for what to have made. I guess I need to measure the area and see what if any color difference there is after the Knox marine decals come off. If it looks perfect and matches then i wont put new decals.

I already do love it Marc, like a child or pet. But this one is more expensive to feed then all my animals put together. Just gotta keep my dogs away from it cuz they love to pee on everything they see outside I already chased them away right after I washed it a few minutes ago. Time to get a carport or garage I guess.

I checked for you "98 CHAMP" is available!

And "RUF STUF" is available as a permanent trailer tag!

    Re: (Rough Stuff Rider)

RSR, check your prop carefully. If one of the blades is bent even a little, it will kill your bow lift, and that is the key to scottin' in a 203. Run your hand over each blade slowly. Everything will have to be about perfect to pull a 26.
