Looking for Ratchet Style Champion Covers

I had heard a while back of a newer style Champion cover that has a

belly strap and 2 ratchets in the back mounted to the jack plate.I know Ranger has

covers like this and they are really nice. Does anyone know of these and

who makes them?

I have one on my 198! Wonderful cover...made by Aurora, a BBC sponsor. I asked for it to have strap in the hem instead of the rope. It has the 2 ratchets and really snugs down. It fits perfectly!!! Be sure and let them know year of your rig and the length of your trolling motor shaft.

My ratchets have hooks on them...a bit diff from Ranger, but same general idea. I can hook them on motor mount and they are perfect.

I don't think Aurora makes a light weight cover. They just make one of the best covers that money can buy. Mine is canvas ,bought in 2006 and still going.

It is the top of the line material that they use. Brian can tell you what I have. It is heavy duty and fully waterproof. Talk with him and tell him what your needs are....Great service, great products!!!

Actually, instead of the belly strap in the middle, which could rub on your gel, it has one strap on either side to wrap around trailer frame. Mid way. Also has a frame strap at bow and one at each side of stern. Just extra protection and safety. I like it way better than the covers which have frame straps all along the length of the boat!!
