"could" be a good deal.................bidding's not over!

may have been a mistake by seller, not to put a reserve on it.

ya he has only used it 6 times and fished a "few " tourneys with it
at 20000$ could be a steal
but 5 days to go
little early to be the high bidder

Well i just priced a 2011 at 58k so i would say his "buy it now" price of 37,500 would be close. 30k would be better No reserve is very surprising. Can he refuse the sale after bidding is over?

it ain't gunna do $30,000............maybe a year ago, but not now.

This guy did not use his head before listing this boat. He had a "buy it now" at $37,500, and has a starting bid at $1, with no reserve after first bid!
This guy will end up pulling this auction from Ebay.....watch! It'll get down to the last day or so, and it won't be doing NEAR what he is expecting, and he'll pull it!

Yeah -- A guy with the user name 'Strokerboats' may have other motives... I don't know... Never seen guage trim rings peal off on a ChamP unless it was left outside in direct sun a lot... Friend of mine in Dallas sent this too me for an opinion and I said I'd have to see it in person...

Anyway - Mr. Strokerboats says "The Time to do a Test Drive if you feel its Neccasary is prior to Auction's End after that, If you are the winning Bidder, you Just Bought it and will be expected to pay. Don't Waste your time or Mine, If you Dont Have the Funds and or your Wifes Consent"...

Think it is legit? Or too good to be true?

Well - if it is, in fact, as advertised then anything under $27-28/K or so is a steal on a low hour ChamP/Yamaha... It does have the e-bay Vehicle Purchase Protection up to $50/K so *If* any fraud becomes evident from the advertised description, you might have some recourse...

For my money, though, I'd either have to see it personally of have a trusted friend or local qualified mechanic check it out... Even at the current $21/K bid...

I bet if you go to texas fishing forum and ask around you can find out something about the boat.

Really?...why not?....I just sold a 200 Elite with more hours than that one for $35k...like someone just said...a new one is $58k.....

Also, most big ticket auctions on ebay do not go the distance....a deal is usally made outside of the auction and the auction is ended early....I have sold more than 10 vehicles and boats on Ebay and not one ever went to the end of the auction... Think of ebay as strictly advertising on these types of items....cuz thats all it is!

There are a number of '08 210's on the boats for sale page. A year newer and 32-33.5k. 37.5k was high. 20's could be a great deal if there isn't something hidden wrong with it and if he lets it go at that price.

thanks Rackman for telling like it is..ebay is just advertising..most people never sell these items out of auction they pull it and everyone wastes their time..Ebay needs to say if you list it you must sell it or dont list it at all period..I would never buy anything off ebay..I have always had good success selling and buying off Bass Boat Central..This is where its at!!!
