I finally got it. '85 Champ 176 w/150hp Merc. After months and months and sum bad luck and alot of blood, sweat and tears I finally got everything set. I got to enjo a weekend of boating cruising across the lake at 45mph. She did great and it was all worth it.

Thanx! I havnt figured out how to post pics. I have quite a few during the powerhead swap and of the boat in progress. I still have some minor things to do yet.
