Roy, c'mon over on the 20th and I'll take you out and put you on some good bass. If you come on the 19th, we can have a few margaritas that evening while we decide where we want to fish.

I took a coworker to Lake Athens yesterday evening, and we caught 14, mostly on Senkos. He caught a 7#, which is the largest bass he's ever caught.

How do you find the recessed tray works with the butt seat in on the 187. I have purchased one, but fear that it looks too close to the seat to be comfortable. Just looking for opinions. I have used boats with the tray, but those boats had larger front decks than the 187's.

Artie, sorry I didn't check this post last week. I greatly appreciate the invitation, but at this time my Mrs. isn't well and I am unable to travel. That certainly sounds like a great time and I will consider it again when things in my life improve.

Steve, I was concerned about that at first, but this tray has been the single best thing I could have done as far as upgrades. It is so comfortable I cannot put it into words. No more back aches, no more losing my balance in the waves. And when I put my back seat up front for some slow worm fishing it's like sitting in my living room. You just have to make sure you put the hole in the right spot. Experiment alot before you cut.

Best wishes for you wife to feel better. I don't know how you guys take being locked out of the water. We had our 6th coldest winter on record and I went 6 weeks without launching the boat. I started to get the shakes
