194 fishhunter rear deck

Can anyone tell or better yet show me how the factory rear deck is installed in a 2000 194.I would love to buy one but imagine I will have to build one.I want to do the one between the live wells so I can put a seat post in it.Thanks

Its basically a pretty simple structure. The Champion Aluminum Deck has 2 rails, and 2 hinges that it mounts to. 1st, you slide the deck into the hinges, 2nd, it lowers onto the rails. 3rd, you lock it down. I'm not sure if you can get the aluminum rails from Champ anymore or not.

My boat is in storage for the winter, but I have some pic's I'll send you of the hinges and rails.

I wonder if C&O would have something like that????? They usually have a lot of stuff. Also, depending on the color of your carpet, you may be able to find one used. I have seen a handful of fishunters for sale this past year or so... one was sort of ugly (imo) as it was mint green... I think the fella had a rear casting deck with it, too. Maybe he'd sell that separate (it was carpeted in gray).
